All staff to have green code on Ehterez App
All staff wearing masks and gloves at all times
All customers to show green code on Ehteraz App. Right to refuse service if no app or not green
Guests wear masks and gloves. Right to refuse service if no mask or gloves
Staff to change gloves before and after each trip
Each customer on their own Kayak
Staff not to have any form of physical contact with guests. I.e handshake, assistance with wearing a life jacket, etc. Exception: Assisting to get in and out of the kayak, if fallen in the water, if absolutely necessary
All staff to keep at least 1.5m distance with customers at all times
Hand sanitizer available at all times
Max 5 pax per trip
