Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your place on the Georgia Package.
1. BOOKING & PAYMENT
Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
A spot on the tour is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation email and final itinerary details.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
All payments are non-refundable. Due to the nature of small-group travel and advance arrangements, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including personal emergencies, illness, or missed flights.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, and unforeseen disruptions.
3. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS BY THE ORGANIZER
While every effort is made to operate the tour as described, we reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodation, or transportation if necessary due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons.
In the unlikely event the tour must be canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of the tour fee. We are not responsible for costs related to flights or other third-party bookings.
4. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and meet all entry requirements for Georgia.
Participants must be in reasonable physical health, especially for days involving hiking and rafting. Alternative leisure options will be available.
5. LIABILITY
The organizer is not liable for injury, loss, accident, delay, or any other irregularity that may arise during the tour.
Participation in outdoor activities such as hiking and rafting is at your own risk, and you may be asked to sign a waiver on arrival.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
