- Tickets Can be used till 28th March 2024
- Its a walk in activity fixed time cannot be guaranteed first come first service for the standard ride has to follow the queue.

- Recommend to contact our support team on the visit day, to check the operation status which is subject to weather conditions.
- show your ticket at the entrance wait for the instruction of the coordinator over there than enjoy the ride
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.
- For each adult ticket, one infant (under three years) receives a complimentary ticket
- Anyone under the influence of Alcohol or any other drugs is strictly not allowed to fly.
- There will be no refund for unused or partially used services
- Proof of age is required for children and infants during ticket redemption.
- The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
- Pregnant ladies over 3 months, any person who has Heart problem / serious knee & back pain, has undergone major surgery during the last 6 months, and suffering from height phobia is not recommended for this activity.
- Each flight lasts approximately 15 minutes. Total experience duration may vary due to loading, offloading, and queue management. Please allow for potential extended time during peak periods.
- Only individual, unused tickets purchased at full price are eligible for a refund. Tickets sold in bulk and tickets that have been provided free of cost are not eligible for refund under any circumstance.
- Refunds can be either collected cash from our offices or online takes 10-14 working days (Bank services fees are applied).
- Weather cancellation / Delays for balloon flights, if weather doesn't allow helium balloon flight may get delayed until next day subject to availability..
