Terms & Conditions
This activity requires a minimum of 4 passengers on board, in the event that the minimum capacity is not met, flight will be rescheduled.
Maximum 4 Passengers per flight.
Maximum passenger weight capacity per flight/per aircraft 320 kg.
All passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in.
Children must be over 12 years old.
Booking should be done 7 working days in advance.
Only Small Digital & Mobile's Cameras are allowed.
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time. This will ensure adequate time for ticket processing and a safety briefing. Late arrivals may be marked as no-show. If you know you are running late, please give us a call and we will accommodate you as best we can.
Kindly be reminded that a boarding pass is secured 5 days prior to the scheduled flight, a valid QID must be presented upon confirmation of booking. Passengers who do not have these documents will not be allowed to fly.
Ø Professional Cameras Not Allowed (Only Small Cameras & Mobile's Cameras).
Ø Boarding passes issuing process by the immigration and aviation authorities.
Ø Qatari Nationals have to provide copies of their Passports or two-sided copies of their QIDs (Qatari ID);
Ø Non-National (Residents) have to provide copies of their Passports along with + two-sided copies of their QIDs (Qatari ID); and
Ø Non-Residents have to provide copies of their Passports + their Qatari Visas (their Visas Stamp on their passports)
Cancellation or amendment more than:
5 days – 72 hours prior to tour departure: No cancellation fee
72 hours or less prior to tour departure: 100% cancellation fee
