Qatar Balloon Festival 6th Edition

• The tickets are Non-refundable and the flight can only be rescheduled if the planned flight is cancelled for any reason (weather, airspace restrictions, technical, etc.)
• Please note that this is a special promotional offer available at a discounted rate of QAR 599*/999* per person. Due to the nature of this promotional fare, tickets are non-refundable.
• Flights are subject to weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, your ride will be rescheduled to another available date, subject to availability. Slots are limited and subject to availability.
• Cancelled rides can be redeemed till the end of the Hot Air Balloon season on 30th March 2025 'subject to the weather conditions.
• Reschedule rides according to the guests requests 'subject to the availability' at the time of receiving the request.
• Qatar Balloon Festival participating teams are not part of these commercial rides and their flying schedule may vary.
• This ticket is for approximate 45 minute sunrise balloon shared flight
• Weekday tickets may be rescheduled for a weekday ride only.
• Weekend tickets may be rescheduled for a weekend/weekday.     
• Participant guidelines
• Minimum age: 8 years old. Passengers under the age of 16 years will only be flown if accompanied by a responsible adult.
• A balloon flight is an off-the-ground, air sport activity. Passengers and any participants in ballooning activities must adhere to the safety measures, precautions, guidelines, and Safety brief instructions the Pilot communicates.
• Passengers must be physically able to climb into the basket using foot holes provided, stand unassisted for 1 hour, and adopt the seated landing position
• Please note: you will be part of a small group of 6 to 18 passengers
• Those who are pregnant or have recently undergone major surgery are unable to fly
• Spectators are welcome to watch the preparation and take-off. Please note that most launch sites do not have toilets or other amenities
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to location
• Our Pilots are licensed by the authorities. They are professionally trained and experienced and therefore are fully in charge of the supervision guidelines to be exercised upon pre- flight, in-flight, disembarkation, and post – flight safety in and around the balloon zone vicinity. 
•  Professional cameras are not allowed (only mobile phones).
• As per civil aviation and authorities regulations, it's mandatory to provide valid Qatari ID / Passport the day before the ride date. 
• Trip might be postponed at the last minute due to the weather conditions.

Timings:

• Timings for Hot Air Balloon Ride – 5 AM every morning (weather dependent).
• Tickets for the Lantern Festival and Doha Skyview can be redeemed anyday.
• Timings for Lantern Festival – 3PM to 11PM (Sun – Wed), 3PM to 12AM(Thu-Sat).
• Timings for Doha Skyview Helium Ride – 12PM to 12AM daily (weather dependent).

Availability

• This experience is available in the morning only, from 11th November 2025 to 22nd March 2026 . You will be asked to be at the designated take-off/ assembly location at least 45 minutes before planned departure. Failure to arrive on time will result in considering your ticket consumed.
• All bookings are subject to suitable weather conditions. Actual take-off location, flying route and timings may vary depending on weather and pilot decision.
