Terms & Conditions
1. Participants are only allowed in the water when there is a Lifeguard on duty. Any persons in the water after operating hours will be in direct violation of the rules and action will be taken.
2. To participate in any water activity provided by onsite operating team, participants are obligated to present Qatar ID/Passport, and sign registration from upon agreeing to the
Rules & Regulations 3. All participants must present their Qatari ID or Passport.
4. Children below 80 cm are not permitted to participate in our activities.
5. Children below 18 must be accompanied on kayak or paddle boat by a parent or a responsible adult.
6. Daily rates are per boat, paddle boats can take 4 passengers maximum incl/children, kayaks carry 1 person. Tandem Kayaks carry 2 persons, Walking ball can take 1 person, stand up paddle can caryy 1 person.
7. Rental includes boat or other floating devices, life vest, safety briefing, and lesson.
8. Personal Flotation Devices (PFD or life vests) must be worn. ZIPPED UP at all TIMES while you are in any water device. NO EXCEPTIONS!
9. Please follow instructions provided by our staff and lifeguards.
10. Capsizing of boats is not permitted.
11. No running, pushing, flips or spinning on the docks.
(a) Food and drinks are not permitted on the lake area.
(b) Keep the area clean and tidy.
12. Most importantly if you feel like your age, physical health or mental condition may cause any harm to yourself or our staff please do not rent our services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Also, if for any reason we feel that your age, physical, mental condition or behavior and attitude may put yourself, your group, other people, our equipment, property or
staff in jeopardy, we reserve the right to deny our services. 13. Please carry your cell phone in waterproof bag (we are not responsible for damage to your personal items).
14. To cancel lessons you need to inform us 24h before the reservation.
15. Failure to camply with the rules given by our stass and/or lifeguards will result in serious repercussions involving the police, according to the severity of the situation. Payment for damages due to abuse or failure to obey the rules may include. in addition to repair costs, compensation for lost rental Income and staff expenses.
16. WE ARW NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR THEFT OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS
