1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
All bookings are non-refundable, except in cases of weather-related cancellations or any technical issues, guests will be eligible only for either select another date subject to availability, Or to hold the booking as a future credit valid for 6 months from the original booking date.
3. Weather or Technical Cancellations
In the event of a weather-related or technical cancellation, customers will be eligible for the following options:
a. Rebooking: Customers can choose another available date for the same Activity, subject to availability.
b. Future Credit: Customers may opt to hold the paid amount as a credit for future bookings for a period of 6 months from the date of the original booking.
4. Rate Differences
If there is a difference in rates between the original activity and the rescheduled new activity, Customers will have to pay the rates difference according to the rates displaying on Asfary.com
5. Operator Terms
Operator (Yacht Crew/Captain) may request guest's ID/Passport at the check-in time as per coast guard rules, An agreement will be signed stating terms and conditions that will be applied during activity
Refundable cash down payment/Insurance might by requested by the operator at the check-in time.
