- Captain /instructor authority: The captain reserves full authority to cancel, delay, or modify the trip at any time in the interest of safety, weather conditions, or operational requirements. Any passenger displaying unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may be refused boarding or required to disembark without refund.
